  • how long does it take to become a a certified cave diver?

  • If you like exploring i recommend to visit all the cenotes en LA RUTA DE LOS CENOTES in Puerto Morelos is really worth it!

  • correct fishgirl15, but there are also good dive story sites on the net. my favorite is the myscubastory site. they have real dive accident stories and a collection of videos too! Type myscubastory intogoogle and its the first result - :)

  • We are going in this Agust but where is this at???

  • @mcbuhito Mexico

  • @mcbuhito I I have never been to this very cenote but I have dived many others in that area. Basically all of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico is full of these underground caves. You can contract guides in Cancun, Riviera Maya and Cozumel, but also in Merida city on the northern tip of the Peninsula. Make sure that your guide is a real professional because this caves require a good degree of expertise. Enjoy!

  • @qwertypluss Hi, it`s safe to travel to the main tourist destinations like Cancùn, Cozumel, etc. Colonial cities like Puebla and Oaxaca in the center of México are safe also. You should avoid, unfortunately, the States bordering with the U.S. because that`s where most of the violence is occurring. Also, as long as you don`t go looking for trouble (drugs) you are safe. My México is a remarkable place to visit and enjoy. Come, exercise good sense and discover what we have to offer :)

  • @qwertypluss Type Decapitados or Balacera on You Tube and you`ll find out.

  • @breedswithsheep typed it on google woah duuude lol wtf, so I guess that's no drugs or even mentioning them lol

do they try and protect / leave out civilians?

  • @qwertypluss The army is out in full force on the streets trying to protect civilians and contain the violence. An estimated (by the DEA) $ 55 billion dollars of drugs passes every year through México to go to the U.S. Needless to say, the Cartels are well armed and have a lot of protection. Civilians get caught in the street battles everyday. The saddest part is that Mexicans in general, don`t use drugs. In box me if you want to talk about this more. I want people to enjoy México. :)

  • I got certified with these guys back when I was 12 :)

  • troche daleko ,ale kiedyś ....

  • I am organising a trip to dive here in september if anyone is interested. For more info see wwwsecretcompasscom

  • Is there a Patron Saint for diving?

  • I THINK MEXICO IS THE MOST SPECTACULAR PLACE ON EARTH..FROM THE CRYSTAL CAVES, TO THE 400 METER DEEP CAVE IN SAN LUIS POTOSI.TO THE CENOTES THAT RUN UNDERWATER FOR HUNDREDS OF MILES...ITS JUST JAW DROPPING!

  • what´s the name of the tours guide or dive shop?

  • Incredible, it's such a magical place! I'm Mexican myself and haven't been there until now.

yeah, I know, sad me :(

  • Name of the second song?

  • It's pretty obvious none of these people are certified cave divers... probably OW divers who think they can tackle caves without training... these kinds of people are a disaster/drowning waiting to happen.

  • Hi, what are some of the songs that are played i this video?

  • ya the playa del carmen reef is cool to dive on. had a great time there.

  • Did you shoot this or the dive shop you dove with?

  • who´s music is that?

  • @ALBANIL777

AR Rahman's Theme Music for the Indian/Tamil movie called "Bombay"

  • On my list of places I want to dive.

  • "It is He (Allah) Who has let free the two bodies of flowing water :

One palatable and sweet, and the other salty and bitter; yet has He

(Allah) made a barrier between them, a portion that is forbidden to

    be passed" (Sura 25 Al-Furqan : Verse 53)

  • i went diving in one it was spectacular

  • When I was in Mexico visiting archaeological sites, I had the opportunity to visit a cenote.

    It is simply unbelievable, amazing.

My friend dived, but I have not a diving license (and I have afraid of deep dives)

But I saw the movies that they have did.

    It's a thrill for a lifetime.

Thank you Luis Geraldo for sending me this video.

    It goes to my favorites

  • Trop géniale!!! J'irais absolument!!!

    Ces jeux de lumières... magique!

  • The music is appropriate with the whole video! Mexiko has many secrets in its sea!

  • @keraunoforos

This is AR Rahman' Theme music for the Indian Tamil Movie called "Bombay"

  • @kalakalsiva

Thanks for the information my friend!

  • whats the name of the song ???

  • Just curious, why can't you just step in the water when scuba diving? why back first?

  • Not 100% pos, but I bet that having your body coming to a halt and a kind of weighty tank on your back comes crashing down on you might hurt more than other way around. Large body (human being) hit hard by a narrow one (your tank), where back first is narrow body slicing into water followed by wider one. Plus, if head first, you could injure your face, torso, etc. with unseen underwater objects, plus poss. hyperextending arms when making the plunge. Other way less risk for injury.

  • ur sitting down already on the side of a boat, if u wanna stand with a belt full of lead and a tank strapped to u thats fine, or backwards roll of the boat...less effort, its that simple!

  • You can do both. In diving, you either do a stride jump where you extend one foot out and push off, jumping into the water feet first, or you can do a back-roll. The back roll is often easier when diving from a boat, because you dont have to stand up with all your equipment on, walk to the edge, and leap off,you simply sit on the edge, get set, and roll off backward into the water. Here they may be instructed to do it that way to prevent injury from the rocks which are very close below the surface

  • NATURE MASTERPIECE!!!

  • is it in mexico?

  • yes my friend only in mexico city

  • not mexico city my friend heheheh its PLAYA DEL CARMEN, CAMPECHE .. its by Cancun .... Mexican Caribbean only:)

  • wow, this is amazing,,, can't wait to go there!

  • @trust3202 Me too

  • I dove there

  • sheck exley - respect! :)

  • damn...that looks amazing. I would prob be too chicken to try but would love to one day

  • The journey there is usually greater than the destination. Immersing your self in the moment and taking in the rich cultural heritage of foreign destinations are just as much a part of SCUBA as the actual dive. Fortune struck these divers when the destination was just as great (if not better) as the journey.

I would LOVE to go dive there someday!

  • thnaks giorge

  • GET ON WITH IT!!! what's all this driving and standing around in huts? *impatient*

oh here we are... 2 minutes in
