Only been watching Football for the last 2/3 years have we little boy? Nearly every club has song this song at some point. United sung it during the 70's and onwards. It's hardly an Arsenal song. I suppose you heard the Arsenal fans singing it (whilst watching the Burnley game on TV) on Sunday and thought that because they sung it they invented it. Arsenal don't invent songs, they are the most plastic fans in London.

it was ours and alwyas has been, especially the first verse. Sung in a pub near anfield, where United played everton in an FA cup semi-final replay, and then on the terraces. and besides, who can really sing "we're the famous..." and actually mean it.

Exactly rbhu7. To be fair, we've had quite a few emotional rollercoasters over the years, but Barca99 has to be the best of the lot. And the good thing is, with our current squad we are actually capable of a treble again. Maybe another striker, and definitely a bit of luck, but we are capable of it. I'm just being greedy though, lets just settle for the league and Champions League :)

don't think we need another striker, not with the form of ronny, roon and carlos. The onlt thing thta worries me is the lack of right back solidarity. maybe something in the transfer window, esp if Brown leaves. gutted bout that one. can u just imagine if we did do the treble again?????

Yeah, would be unbelievable. Think we are just getting greedy now though mate. My only concern is if Rooney or Tevez get injured. We don't have a lot of back up, only Saha, and he is about as reliable as a car without an engine. I agree with what you say about a right back, but I think Wes will end up signing. Plus, I rate Simpson and O'Shea is ok as a backup full back
