  • lockwoods are shit. dont use it where you want a decent amount of security. get an abloy lock instead. something like the abloy pl340 would be 10 times better and you can pick one up for 50 on ebay. but remember its only as good as the chain/hasp its attached to

  • @Lucasworthmaster thanks for the info but lockwood are a division of assa abloy just like the mazda vehicles are basically a ford.

  • @Jackcc5 I understand what you are saying, however just because Assa Abloy purchased lockwood, does not necessarily mean they are automatically the same quality as Abloy. There is a market for low and high security products. I have picked many Lockwood locks, yet havent even bothered trying to pick an Abloy due to requiring more specialized tools. If you want Quality, go straight to Abloy! Cheers.
