Refering to the caption, it is not the music that was not in tune with Obama but Obama who was not in tune with the protocol of Britain that says the national anthem is played following the words "a toast to the Queen" which they did and which apparently Obama did not know.

@Godusesamac Because when you toast someone you don't say "to..." until you're finished. He didn't know what he was doing. You're also not supposed to make a freaking speech when you toast someone, but I guess he just couldn't resist the opportunity to make an utter fool of himself...again.
