He could even have a 260 page glossary of all the disgusting, aggressive and intimidating comments and one liners he has handed out to other people. I could see him waking in the middle of the night next to his mistress, Sarah Symonds, to write a few more lines that came to him during his nasty sleep. Ramsay is a very nasty man and has made his life from being a professional bully! And sick minds lap it up like slops.

Bollocks. I know Ramsay is a piss-taking, bully-boy cunt and I love it. I wish I had the razor-sharp wit, physical presence and endless bag of insults that he has and I'd be doing it myself, all day long. He gets the job done, he doesn't back down from anyone... in fact, he runs towards them. If he drops this persona, we don't really have a TV show anymore, do we? Just some gay version of Ready Steady Cook or something. These guys weren't forced onto Ramsay's show. They asked to be there.

@TheCusterCat Every great chef is the same. I'm aiming to work in a Michelin starred kitchen and I expect worse than this. You're talking about workplace intimidation like you work at PC World and your manager is slapping you and locking you in the warehouse for three hours. I want an intimidating boss to keep me in line. I've worked for soft-touches and they get 0% productivity from their workforce. If they don't want to be there, they can leave. Simple as that. The hell that goes on behind the kitchen doors is despicable, and then the food is brought out to smiling guests who have no idea that hell on earth is occurring in the kitchen. There is NO NEED FOR THIS ANY MORE. I’d rather cook my own than eat food that has been prepared under such vile circumstances.  As for Ramsay he is a TV reality wanker who continues to promote such disgusting and bully behaviour.

Also, if he was the worst cook then why is he successful in what he does? He owns a dozen restaurants and handles them all well. Ramsay is not a one dimensional person.

@DigbyCat I agree - I like to see people stand up to him (e.g. Morgan's Restaurant episode (Liverpool) and this woman even though I had to laugh when he called her 'Shrek in a Frock' cos she is over the top). But as the Morgan's chef said 'It's not what you say, it's how you say it" -Ramsay just enjoys trying to humiliate people especially on Camera - he was probably the school bully too - I met people like him in the workplace - Ramsay, don't Mollycoddle them but don't humiliate them either.

I absolutely admire Gordon. I think his passion and drive to keep on pursuing his work is awesome, and I love that even though he is a pain in the neck when he intervenes at the worst restaurants I have seen, I know that he does it because he cares.
