The best position to sleep is on one's back. It may be an unusual position for many of us as we were put to sleep while and infant on our stomachs. Try to sleep on your back. The next morning you'll feel like a million.
When in comes to back pain most people associated it with an injury or sports activity, they seldom associated with the position they sleep in. The age, type of bed and the condition of your bed also has major influence on your sleep quality.
A good mattress is well worth the money!

I didn't know that I shouldn't be sleeping on my stomach...guess that explains the stiff necks.

Remember sleeping on your back does not allow for your spine to properly align while you sleep, the incorrect pillow can also cause this issue.
