  • I think the way it happened is members of Wayne's band got in a fight with each other and Wayne kicked them both out in the middle of a tour, so he put the word out and Beau and Joel answered the call.

  • Just saw Joel and the Modern Sounds last night in Santa Cruz playing with Deke Dickerson. Had Seen Beau Sample with Elana Fremerman and Whit Smith a while back - never knew Joel played with Wayne. It's a small and very cool world!
