thank you, very inspiring to me as a piano player because i'm working on a softer, more sensitive touch. the more mature players look at the overall sound instead of getting too in bed with the notes they are playing... that's what i'm working for - exactly what i see in this video.

Very very nice playing. Your melodic control has a true sense of drama and taste. Although this is obviously an improvisation track, from what I hear on this and your other videos, your music is soundtrack to something 'special'. Good playing David, it's great how much good good Music can be derived from a Dorian Mode, Miles found that out way back then that Modal Improvisation certainly triggers another form of creativity than playing over changes. And indeed "chromaticism" creates a mighty fine tension,fine playing and great tone,enjoyed,Victor.
