Yeah I noticed that too. Its a pretty grey area when something like that happens. The league typically leaves it up to the discretion of the on-ice officials when a fluky occurrence like that happens. The officials probably let it go because they thought, using their best judgment, that the music was genuinely turned on in error. And usually Rob Martell and Brad Watson are pretty fair referees.
