@12mrweed Yes, as well as anything that flys up into the air, or anything that spins on the ground....thats about half of all damn fireworks right there....californias laws on fireworks suck....But to make sure go on google and type in "fireworks laws in XX ca" replace the XX with your city name...

Yes CA laws are really crappy.

We live in a nanny state and by state I mean all of the U.S.

Other countries (including 3rd world) out do us when it comes to fireworks.

My guess is they will be selling what is called Safe and Sane fireworks, nothing that goes up in the air or explodes. Although you should be able to buy some nice fountains.
