  • ciao ... il video mi è stato di grande aiuto, grazie infinite! ti pongo una domanda: io ho una all mountain sl 150mm del 2006, e vorrei togliere gli spessori perchè adesso è a 130 mm, se svito solo la parte sx riesco a sollevare per togliere gli spessori? mi sapresti dare un consiglio? ciao!

  • yes, 50 cc of oil. 7.5 wt.

    Open the fork with Cassette Lockring Remover.

    Important eliminate all old oil inside fork, the best is remove the stems from sheaths, there isn't in the video. Or you can do like in the video, clean the inside of the fork with new oil. yes i do twice to sure the oil's is super-clean.

    Important is put the right quantity of oil. If you put too oil the fork don't work for all travel, if you put few oil the fork don't work fine.
