I honestly think WWE is actually trying to make Kelly Kelly the next Candice Michelle in in-ring ability. But the difference between Candice and Kelly is that Candice continued to improve while Kelly relies on her same old moveset and letting her better opponents to carry her. Kelly only puts on good match with a more experienced opponent. The rest of matches she has been a bit lazy.
