I meant State of Hawaii itself says Obama was born in Hawaii, so Obama is a valid natural born citizen for all legal matters. So even if Obama was born in Kenya it makes no difference.

The name of the hospital is not there, neither is my birth weight or length, and in Hawaii they allow the parents to write what ethnicity they are. So if his father was African, then he probably would have put African. (My birth certificate explicitly says that my father was Hawaiian and Portugese and that my mother was Irish and Native American) so I must not have been born in the United States either!

This is not what the founding father's intended, as they did not want British rule. "Natural born citizen" is the constitutional requirement. This is being heard by the Supreme Court in NJ Dec. 5.

It required the Military Hospital in Panama be considered a US Territory, and McCain's parents to BOTH be American citizens. How come Obama is exempt from having both parents American citizens? Franklin Roosevelt made it sound like it was a big surprise. Also, the British had warned Washington that the Japanese had launched a huge fleet heading east one week before the attack. WOW! My Birth Certificate fro m Hawaii looks exactly the same as Obama's. The name of the hospital is not there, neither is my birth weight or length, and in Hawaii they allow the parents to write what ethnicity they are. So if his father was African, then he probably would have put African. (My birth certificate explicitly says that my father was Hawaiian and Portugese and that my mother was Irish and Native American) so I must not have been born in the United States either!

There is a question being raised in a NJ lawsuit over the legitmacy over Obama's dual citizenship (his Kenion father gave him British citizenship) at birth. This is not what the founding father's intended, as they did not want British rule. "Natural born citizen" is the constitutional requirement. This is being heard by the Supreme Court in NJ Dec. 5.

In my opinion, if you aren't raised in America, you shouldn't be president either. He swore loyalty to Africa in Wright's church and then went to US flag burnings. I think being raised in another country affects loyalty. I think that being born with dual citizenships is NOT what the founding fathers wanted.

I was talking to an immigration lawyer I met(at a party)he told me that Obama is a citizen because he was born in Hawaii and he proved that when he was a Senator. Obama's citizenship derives from jus soli- from place of birth. Obama was born in Hawaii 2 yrs. after it became a State on 8/21/59 as such he acquire citizenship automatically at birth. The Nevada lawsuit was dismissed. All these lawyers are expending their own money on frivolous lawsuits...He is the next President of the US!

Certificate of live birth is different from the birth certificate that he is providing. Factcheck is owned by the Annenburg foundation. Where are the doctor's signatures? What is he hiding? Is it ok that he doesn't provide us with his educational records, medical records or certificate of live birth? He had dual citizenship at birth; it is unconstitutional in eyes of the founding fathers.

You are an immigration lawyer, not a constitutional lawyer. Requirements under constitutional law for a natural born citizen are different from being a naturalized citizen.

You obviously didn't call the Hawaii Department of Health to confirm the birth certificate #151 1961 - 010641 before posting this video.
If you had done so then they would have confirmed that Obama (that is his birth certificate number) was in fact born in Honolulu.

He has sealed his birth certificate. He's probably spending close to 1 million in legal fees potecting it. Why? Judges cannot release information whether they have looked at it or not. Is a judge qualified to be able to tell if it is faked or not? His Kenyan grandmother tells everyone, he was born in Kenya.

forensic experts have examined it. it is a photo-shopped copy of his siter's COLB. BTW a COLB is not what is needed, it is a birth certificate. Staley could have had the baby in kenya, flown back to Hi and obtained a COLB. so that's different from a b.c.
