I've been through 3 "hundred year" and "five hundred year" floods, so I think that makes me 737 years old. Also the unemployed thing as well. All I can say is that people like us are survivors, and I tip my hat to you for keeping your humor (even if it's mostly self-depricating) and your chin up.
