SS Heer. Use your imagination. It´s obviously a late war Diorama. So maybe it´s a mish mash unit, which wasn´t unusual at that time. Some trenches in 45 would have the full lot. SS, Heer, Volksturm, Luftwaffe, Panzer, and hitler youth. All in the same trench line.

what amazes me now is also the degree of paint job on mc farlane's 3" military figures (checkout the face painting, what it lacks is only shading & highlighting. eyes are very good! ) Scale modellers now have to work hard to compete with those "instant" ready-to-display models!! we need more tutorial like this! Btw thanks for these tutorials though, sleepylafiel! :)

Amazing, i've just started "creating" 1/35 models, im making a diorama later on.

I have 4x Fallschirmjäger 8 regiment (1943) soldiers, and a Fallschirmjäger mortar 8cm (1944).

But im going to paint them the same later, becouse the ones from 1943 are made for the scicily scenario and the 1944's are just italy forces.
