Ristretto doesn't mean strong coffee, a ristretto is a shot cut short to middle out the flavor making it more smooth. It can also mean an overdosed shot pulled in the same amount of time so that less coffee is extracted. Don't let coffee marketing fool you. That's also not perfect "froth", it's most along the lines of how a good barista would steam when wasted.

@akira81386 These are great if you like really terrible incorrectly extracted espresso, but great if you're lazy and just want some milk and sugar and caffeine.
