I would go on, if you want, but some singers get mad, and then they don't want to hear it. I only say this knowledge because my dad was a vocal teacher 40 years, teaching me until he died when I was 14, as well as the many vocal lessons I've gotten since his death.
Good try. You got most of the keys right, although you stumbled on a few notes, but that just means you need to practice to get them right, and remember to keep your breathing under control. I could hear a few times where you needed a deeper breath, so that your voice doesn't weaken or you lose the tone. Also, try to keep your mouth wider open when you sing, we tend to close are mouths on certain notes, and it can prevent a deeper and more toned voice from comming across.
