Mr moshiri problem is with ruling islam and laws based on Islam, as in Iran. Other countries issues with islam, if any, is their problem.

So, English translation may not be a good idea. As we iranian say "a spit upward, comes back to our face".

Foreigners have never done, and most likely will not do, anything good for Iran. They are after their interest ONLY. Recently, Hillary Clinton offered China and Russia ignoring human rights violation in their relationship. Bush had offered same to Afghanistan in return for Binladan extradition to US.
