Why is this even an issue when our country does it too? Just find the damn video with its standard version. NE1 who allows themselves to be annoyed by something so trivial should be shot. There are 1000s of Asian movies & TV shows with english dubs and I'll give you the "subtitles" things but you're basically saying they should STFU, keep it in english, and have to read the words as they are spoken; nevermind that this show plays in other countries, right? Subtitles are convenient, not a right.

By watching English shows you learn the basics(and even more) of English language before you get it at school. That way you have a head start.
