  • who getting evicted now for this pipe line? the animals, more homes, whats the price? the polar bears, you people have no reguard for anything living, you people destroy anything you touch, you gona cap this one too, like all the other caped oil? idiots

  • How does a crook like boehner serve in congress for 20 years? Oh yeah. He's a republican.

  • John Boner...hes a dick

  • Boehner is a crooked negative bitch

  • Unless this oil is nationalized it will do nothing to help with the USA's energy independence. The oil will go into the global market and be sold to the highest bidder. Meanwhile risking an environmental disaster along the entire path of the pipeline. While his investments might be legal under current law they show a dire need for reform and at minimum a gross ethics violation. Boehner is speaking on behalf of oil companies and himself, not on behalf of his constituents.

  • Why did the GOP vote down the anti-outsourcing bill?

Ive run it over in my head a thousand times, and the only answer i could come up with was: "they have been corrupted".

Federal funds and tax-exeptions for outsourcing jobs is the fkn epitome of "senseless spending". I wanna believe my party is fighting for their country, but common sense tells me otherwise. I can't blame the media (nor public schools) for that.

I can however safely conclude that Boehner's a unAmerican corporate commy.

  • Fuck you Boehner! You crooked, teary-eyed, drunk, motherfucker! I can't wait for stupid ass to be voted out this year! Asshole!

  • Sad thing is, while all is on hold, the capable people are starting to go away.

  • He's right though. There are multiple projects and the Prez drags his feet. It's sad cuz the Prez could take credit for soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much if he just let some of these companies build these projects.

  • This is not the end of the fight... for big profit oil companies :)

  • State Department put the # of permanent jobs this pipeline will create at an outstanding TWENTY.

Tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands... lol

  • You're putting Nebraska's water in inevitable danger for 20 jobs?

    Republicans suck.

  • TO all the idiots commenting here.

Canadian Tar Sand Oil is not the same as conventional oil energy wise, the part of the pipe that already exists has already had 12 spills in 1 year, it doesn't create anywhere near 200k construction jobs, it would create only 50 permanent jobs, Canadian oil is still foreighn oil, and the amount of CO2 created will be the worlds second largest cabon bomb in the world.

  • @MsZeitgeist85 I agree, Tar sands cost alot more to produce too. People dont give a shit about the enviroment, so lets destroy the climate and enviroments which we depend on to survive, that conservative thinking for you.

  • This could have created 200,000,0000 American jobs!!!!!

  • @TitParty peak oil.

  • The reason why Obama didn't pass this is because he wanted to Create government jobs by "constructing roads and bridges." He doesn't want private sector jobs, but government jobs so that people depend on him.

  • Bama does not mind investing and wasting taxpayer money on dubious projects like Solyndra, and other failed green house projects which we do not even know about, he sure is against creating private sector jobs, goes against his Commie nature, he wants America turn into a Banana Republic,..

  • I am not an Obama fan, never was, but all of you reactionary types have been taken for ride on this one. John "Boner" is a disingenuous sack of you know what. There are many opposition to this project. If you bothered to check you would know.

  • @williamspg86 Except for Obama's Jobs Council who release a report calling for more drilling and natural gas exploration.

  • @NCMan28025

There is so much effort placed on misleading and deceiving the public by politicians such as John Boehner. I entered this forum for one reason only, and that is to point out that Boehner in his speech about the Keystone Project lied his ass off. He forgot to mention that they tried to ambush the President with this so-called jobs bill that doesn't create any jobs or the opposition to the project by the citizens of South Dakota and Nebraska.

  • @williamspg86 Kind of like what your doing. You do know that the White House wanted to push the State Department's decision back until after the 2012 elections? You do know that Obama's Jobs Council recommended the same day that the administration should issue more permits for oil drilling/exploration; natural gas drilling/exploration?"Roadmap to Renewal." About 20,000 shovel-ready jobs and close to 200,000 jobs associated with this project. Even the unions are upset about the decision.

  • @williamspg86 Here's a link to a story on Reuters about the Job Council's recent recommendations that Obama blew off because it had Republican ideas in it that are currently being blocked by Senate Democrats. This flies in the face of Obama's "obstructionist" Republican campaign scheme. Close to 30 bills are being tabled by Harry Reid and this report shows that: Punch this in behind Reuters dot com /article/2012/01/17/us-obama-jobs-idUSTRE80G06W20120117

  • It's important that you keep blocking everything he wants and make him bend to your requests.

  • GTFO, Even the 'tar-sands' are a financial boon. Energy In vs Energy Out is ridiculous!

  • True that, Mr. Speaker.

  • Impeach the Marxist cancer called Obama. He is KILLING America and KILLING Americans with his Marxist policies. Four more years of him and we might as well learn Chinese, because they will own us, if the Iranians don't.

  • @RonaldEmmis

    Ditto,

  • The system will eventually collapse under the weight of our debt. When that happens, who do you think is going to starve? The millions of Veterans who were taught how to survive in the field? The working people who have been taking care of themselves their entire lives? Or maybe the libturds, who have never taken care of themselves? I'm going to enjoy watching the libturds starve. How sweet it will be.

  • BLAH BLAH BLAH, CONGRESSS HAS THE LOWEST APPROVAL RATING IS HISTORY!!!!

  • @235RB And the real numbers prove that The Obamanation we have in the Oval Office has a "real" approval rating rating that rivals that of Jimmy Carter before he lost by a landslide to President Reagan. You libtards are in for an extremely rude awakening when Barry Obama, Reid, Pelosi & Co. are unemployed next November!

  • @MultiHypoxia lol, Except the repubtards dont have a reagan, dumbass. They have artards running for president. What was Bushes approval rating again? Whats congresses approval rating? oh yea, that right, its an all time low of 11%. The repubtards are out.

  • @235RB Wow! You support the Obama regime and you're calling me a dumbass? Hmmm...look me up next January and I'll supply you with a full year of coolaid, no charge! :-)

  • @235RB You do know the Democrats control the Senate and have since 2007 right? Congress is both the House and the Senate, then again you listen to Obama and think its a Republican congress. Remember what happened in 2010? Expect the same in 2012.

  • It is amazing how incapable the liberal mind is at understanding that unsustainable debt is destructive.

  • Speaker Boehner, when did you actually start to fight?

  • @armyveteran101st Uninformed moron. You do know that Obama's own jobs council wants more oil and natural gas exploration, which will create jobs and give us oil from an ally. That stupid president you support stated on Dec. 8th that unemployment benefits create more jobs than this pipeline. Keep supporting this well documented failure and feckless leader.

Please explain how this pipeline effects the environment. Would love to hear it since the State Department hasn't released a study on it.

  • This is the plan. The DEMS want to eliminate cheap fossil fuels and force people nto expensive "green energy" which they control and will make huge profits on. the REPUBS want to keep subsidising Big Oil and War Profiteers because that is where the REPUBS make money.. 2 2 system duopoly is a sham and a scam. Become Independent. Screw the DNC and the GOP . They both are dividing us and conquering us. Wake up ! Vote Ron Paul for REAL CHANGE !

  • @armyveteran101st Hey moron. You do know that Democrats have controlled the House and Senate from 2007 until 2011? Probably not, you left-wing loons don't deal with facts or logic. What this mean is that all the economic policies currently in effect, came from Democrats. Republicans only control the House as of Jan. 2011. Pull your head out of your ass and wipe the shit out of your eyes then learn civics.

  • @armyveteran101st Bullshit? See, you prove you don't know civics because what I said is a FACT. No as far as civility, when you name call, expect to get it in return. Now here's your challenge. Prove what I said is wrong. You can't do it, thus the typical response from a left-wing loon. Check to see when Democrats took control of the House and Senate under Bush. Hint=Jan. 2007 (they won the 2006 midterm elections).

Before you debate the next time, make sure you know civics and civility.

  • @NCMan28025 Name calling, how typical...

  • @NCMan28025 Yes, but they will never change. Liberals dont think it common sense or in facts. They dream Pie in the Sky stuff and NEVER have an answer as to HOW. Somebody has to interject some sound reasoning, but it wont be a Democrat. As for theit Potty MOuths. Give it up, thats all they know.

  • Eco gestapo Climategate liars have run this Nation into insolvency. Democrats destroyed logging, oil drilling, Coal companies, Steel Industry = heck we cannot even buy a CHEAP LIGHTBULB! Enough is enough. This is about far left ruin of America and enriching Democrats and Liberal loons. Obama is a debt dictator and eco-con.

  • @wajobu It goes to Houston and the majority would be sold to the US, which is Canada's #1 trade partner and our ally. But idiots such as yourself, and Obama, would rather keep the US dependent upon foreign oil.

  • @NCMan28025 no dumbass, we need to look into alternative energy, because oil wont be around forever, its called peak oil. Look into it, and educate yourself.

  • @235RB No dumbfuck, we have an endless supply of oil, coal and natural gas and Obama has stopped almost all of these with his policies. Maybe you should look into the Interior Department report which makes this claim. Educate yourself. Are you this upset that Obama is making us more dependent on foreign oil bought from countries who inflate the prices of needed commodities? Are you pissed at Obama and his illegal drilling moratorium or the fact his EPA pulled permits from coal companies? Idiot!

  • @NCMan28025

Can you direct me to this Department of the Interior report that you talk about? I cant find it on the website.

  • @NCMan28025 Lol, and endless supply of oil and natural gas? Thats a complete oxymoron. Are you fucking retarded? Those energy sources are finite, we live on a finite planet. So we should look into alternativ energy, cause oil, natural gas, and coal are all finite. Just like the planet. Dumbass.

  • @235RB Yes fucktard. The US has the largest natural gas supply in the world. Maybe you should read the Interior Department report released in 2010 under Obama you clueless moron. What energy would be used to make these alternative energies diptshit? Hint: fossil fuels. Only a fucking moron could think humans have control over the planet and mother nature. You dumb son-of-a-bitch. See, I can use that stupid fucking language to make my points to. Dumb motherfucker!

  • @NCMan28025 your clearly a fucking moron, You pissed bro because the repubtards are all going to be gone in 2012? and that Obama is going to be president again?

  • @235RB Obama is not going to be president again. I have lots of friends who supported and voted for Obama, and they are openly regretting it as of now. There are millions of more people out there who feel the same way.

Ron Paul 2012. Time for a real change.

  • @DeanBosse52 And why is that? Hes got a much highher approval rating than Bush did when he was re-elected, and congresses approval rating is at an all time low. So the stats dont back your claim.

  • @NCMan28025 1. Name calling is a juvenile debate strategy.

    2. Both of your comments have exactly 28 thumbs up. Bot accounts much?

  • @brenthud2170 Not when you're debating uninformed Obama-tards. I have one account and I've left more than 2 comments. Stupid much?

  • @NCMan28025 Lying much?

  • @brenthud2170 No idiot. Hit Control F and put in my screen name. Then count the number of comments. As I said "Stupid much?"

  • @NCMan28025 Resorting to name-calling again I see. How juvenile.

  • Hey don't be so hard on Barry you guy's ....Look he gets to kill 3 birds with one stone here ...1 No jobs for USA..2 Get's to start a war with Iran for their oil...3 Said war will probably kill countless Americans...He wins any way you look at it...If your trying to destroy a empire...

  • I was for the Keystone project until I learned how dirty that Canadian tar sand oil is. Rethink you're position!

  • @im1greatman you're full-o-shit

  • @jbzdyk Research it for yourself.

  • @jbzdyk Oh "great one", Please enlighten us as to why we are full-o-shit for standing up for our country against a regime that hates the United States of America.

  • @MultiHypoxia my comment was meant to call BS on "greatman" for claiming he was once for the project. As for u, what regime do u speak of? As for the tar sands, don't be so naive to believe the sands won't be used if we don't build the pipeline. It will be built in a different location, but that's fine with all the NIMBY folk out there.

  • We are fast becoming a third world police state.

The American citizen's are losing money/jobs/houses/health insurance and Hope daily, while our greedy politicians get richer by the minute. It's vile, immoral and it has to stop!

  • Mr. Speaker, the jobs are important, but there are other matters, such as using foreign oil, which annoys a lot of people and groups.

  • Are we really surprised that Obama won't create jobs in America?

  • Hemp fuels now!
