simons record label is joke. besides Leona Lewis everyone else is CRAP. he signed CHER LLOYD last year because the likes of N-Dubz, T.Stryder and Chipmunk are 'charting'. His label sells a lot of recodrds no doubt (bcoz middleclass teens have too much time n pocket money) but all his ARTISTS are Lame and they have 0.1% talent. None can write their own lyrics, or compose music. All his female sidekicks CherlyCole, Sinita, Amanda, Paula Abdul are all either outdated or just simply talentless
