Pete is much more technical, John would have way more going on than just one noter's The thing that really gives it away is the drums. Kieth had his own unique style. That I have never heard reproduced by another drummer, ever. Nice try, I am sure you fooled some people. this same video shows up for 3 different concerts, for different years.lol.

@MrMeddled pete had shitty cords and VOX SUPER BEATLE amps provided by the concert promoters. They couldn't bring their cool marshalls over (like hendrix did!) and the super beatles had built in distortion that was squirly and more like super fuzz and the output would double and the amp would squeal... it must hav ebeen hell!

You can tell a big difference with Monterey compared with Woodstock. The attitude here is very much 'getting it right' musicianship. At Woodstock, you could tell the band wanted to get it over with. I'll have look it up to find out more why The Who hated Woodstock.

I'm just thankful this footage exists. In The Monterey Pop DVD they said that the extras there were pretty much all that was left, but more keeps popping up, like this, The Byrds "Hey Joe", Grateful Dead "Viola Lee Blues" etc etc. I think there's *a lot* more out there.
