i read an interview on fedor's trainer Vornov. he said yes over years fedor was dominating and he relaxed. fedor lost his power cause he had been more relaxed last few years. pretty much got use to winning. but after second lost in the row he is really working on getting his usual power and quickness we all got use to see in his every fight. so i personally think last emperor just has relaxed and lost but he will be back. we will see in the next fight. but at same time who knows..
Fedor looks so slow nowadays... He used to be so fast and agile! And he is so small nowadays too, he lost like 15/20 lbs of muscle mass since Pride times (went from compact 237 lbs stocky fighter to 220 fat dude)
The true is that Fedor is old. He is probably the greatest fighter to ever compete in a MMA competition, but time was not kind to him. But it's no surprise really, he has been competing at high level since the end 90's anyway.

@4pl3x no he doesn't, Fedor trains everything, submissions, wrestling and a lot of striking. He has said it many times. He didn't win his first 32 fights doing only sambo and judo. Yes he fights in sambo tourney's every year b/c that's the Russian national sport and very important to him but he trains well for MMA.
Fedor needs to train w/ new people as he is doing now, he used to always keep the same people to train with and never bring in top fighters to help, it will help him to advance
