@blissfuljustine First, put your right foot up, and move the left foot (the back going to the right & the front staying in place, then the front going to the right & the back staying in place & just keep doing that)

After you've mastered this, while moving your left foot, try moving your right foot like how they do it. You need to REALLY focus or else you can't do it. If you're gonna do it opposite way you just reverse everything; the left foot up and the right foot moving. This takes practice.
