i have been collecting tin cans from bins since late 70's when i first heard kraftwerk 'the model' in the hope that one day i can get mr flur for private performance. i hoked my last bin 2 weeks ago and now have enough money but after these events my dream has been shattered. recording a performance and put it on youtube is craaaazy. i am now spending my money getting calvin harris to wax my sac + sing 'i get all the girls' which is my new fav song instead of 'the model'

this was a great set by a great artist. at one point in the set he pulled his pants down, took a bag of cats from the record box, and played them on a turntable. a unique sound which he mixed into the rednex classic cotton eye joe, and a defining moment in techno. I look forward to his back to back with gerry bokebeard at next summers festivals.
Hi. I am a top notch promoter and have promoted festivals for upto 20,000 with various arena's. I was considering booking mr flur, however, i cannot guarantee that the punters will not smuggle in their phone if we place a ban on them. Due to this unfortunate fact, i cannot afford to have a damaging court case in my line of work. So the simple option is not to book mr flur for any forthcoming events.
I can´t watchj, that Mr. Flur uses The Turntable, or Vinyls. The Turntable is one of the importannt kit of a DJ and Vinyl-Discs are the only medium for a DJ( CD-Changer, GO HOME!).

yes i was at this gig and he left in a tantrum - he was billed for one hour only and wanted to play for nearly two he was rude and insulting to the other djs. As had been said his mixing was rubbish - he came with a pre mixed cd and played that - he got embarassed when he was asked to finish on time and did not have the skil to know how to end his set so he stormed off like a spoilt child.

I agree with Jimmy - i was at this gig - it is not art to just play tracks through a laptop - this guy is boring - he does not mix and looks boring on stage - he seems to have been playing the same set for years and he never gets repeat gigs. I have filmed the whole for the German TV and you put always your figur into my camera lense! Let you say that wolfgang is not an average DJ, he playes his assortment of dance tracks right from his MacBooks - video AND music. He makes very good fade overs with the programs.

I have emailed lechrum festival and the proper authorties as, during the more intense moments of his set he seems to engage in some facist salutes and if you slow down the footage the words ' THIRD REICH, ALL NITE!!LOL ' flash on the video screens behind him.
He can also be seen mouthing the words ' Jew ', ' Kitten ' and ' Death ' during the 2nd breakdown.

i have been collecting tin cans from bins since late 70's when i first heard kraftwerk 'the model' in the hope that one day i can get mr flur for private performance. i hoked my last bin 2 weeks ago and now have enough money but after these events my dream has been shattered. recording a performance and put it on youtube is craaaazy. i am now spending my money getting calvin harris to wax my sac + sing 'i get all the girls' which is my new fav song instead of 'the model'

this was a great set by a great artist. at one point in the set he pulled his pants down, took a bag of cats from the record box, and played them on a turntable. a unique sound which he mixed into the rednex classic cotton eye joe, and a defining moment in techno. I look forward to his back to back with gerry bokebeard at next summers festivals.

Hi. I am a top notch promoter and have promoted festivals for upto 20,000 with various arena's. I was considering booking mr flur, however, i cannot guarantee that the punters will not smuggle in their phone if we place a ban on them. Due to this unfortunate fact, i cannot afford to have a damaging court case in my line of work. So the simple option is not to book mr flur for any forthcoming events.

I can´t watchj, that Mr. Flur uses The Turntable, or Vinyls. The Turntable is one of the importannt kit of a DJ and Vinyl-Discs are the only medium for a DJ( CD-Changer, GO HOME!).

I was at this concert and Mr Flur was the worst performer I've ever heard. He sounded like a 10 year old child who had just got a new computer for his birthday. Was he using Windows Media Player? His mixing sounded like Sir Lancelot falling down the stairs.
He was kinda funny lookin as well.

If Mr. Flur doesn't want to be shown in such a bad quality movie he can demand any filmer or photographer to delete his contrubtion which the user has made public. Mr. Flur had originally autorized only me to film and upload his performance in Leechrum. I have heared from Mr. flur's manager that he must delete the film immediately. Such is law & order, sorry to instruct you.You may film, but only for your own view!

Uuups! It ist very interesting to read the comments about DJing of Mr. Flür. He will perform his Elektroknirsch at the DECIBEL FESTIVAL in Seattle.
If his performance is such shit, why was he booked by the promoter of that festival which features over 80 artists. Flür is the closing act. I can´t undersdtand, may someone help me?

yes i was at this gig and he left in a tantrum - he was billed for one hour only and wanted to play for nearly two he was rude and insulting to the other djs. As had been said his mixing was rubbish - he came with a pre mixed cd and played that - he got embarassed when he was asked to finish on time and did not have the skil to know how to end his set so he stormed off like a spoilt child.

Herr Flur cannot mix to save his life he should have done something more adventurous lucky it was late and we were stoned but his mixing sucked then at the end he stormed off in a tantrum - the video was rubbish as well - seemed to be just a tv program he had taped with some crappy slides

He was alweays disturbed by other DJs near him who didn't let hom play the end of hos show, always talked to him during performance - very unprofessional! Flur mixes very well from his computer programs Ableton and other. When has one heared of such a behaviour and bad style? I was there and have experienced all, it t was a very bad act from the organizer and I can understand Wolfgang very well that he left stage!

I agree with Jimmy - i was at this gig - it is not art to just play tracks through a laptop - this guy is boring - he does not mix and looks boring on stage - he seems to have been playing the same set for years and he never gets repeat gigs. I know the guys at the dirty disco and they said he emptied the room - they would never have him back.

hi Musakical, you might be one of the later DJs who played after Wolfghang and didn't leave the stage during his appearence. I have filmed the whole for the German TV and you put always your figur into my camera lense! Let you say that wolfgang is not an average DJ, he playes his assortment of dance tracks right from his MacBooks - video AND music. He makes very good fade overs with the programs.
