why you not playing on EXTRA graphics?

i wonder why modern warfare 2 starts to lag when I play it about 10-30 mins. I have the same video card and my processor is also good.. Can't figure it out. It happens in single player too.

@jorrrma maybe. You can always try changing the graphics quality up or down to see if it works diffrently. I had the same problem with fallout 3. Then I put AA to none and it ran perfectly smoothly. And has done so ever sense.

@lichlame I've tried it but it doesn't work. It's not a heating problem because I've checked them and the video card temperature is like 60 degrees.. My computer costed about 900 euros and it's really pissing me off that it doesn't work:D

Well, I edit all my recorded gameplay videos in Windows movie maker and then save it. I know its wierd. When I recorded a 30 second clip it can be like 500 MB but a 10 mins long video can be 400 MB saved with movie maker.

FRAPS is a program used to record the gameplay. And I have the free version which is limited to 30 sec. clips. It records (just like a real camera) at a curtain Frame rate (FPS) when I record at A higher frame rate like 60. doesnt help. sadly. it only plays back at 25. maybe its a size isues. Ill have to play around so hopefully I can fix it. sorry...

Im not the biggest computerwizz so I cant really say anything about the diffrence of GT 230m and GTS 250, but I have Crysis and Farcry 2 (may upload some footage soon) and they both play great. Crysis high/very high around 25 FPS and farcry 2 high/very high around 35-40 FPS. hope this helped!
