Sounds like CUPE is guilty of a couple of criminal acts, firstly if the irate gentleman was trying to get to his house and they prevented him they are guilt of mischief. If they didn't allow him to leave, they are guilty of unlawful detention both serious criminal acts, punishable as an indictable offense.

Try to run a barricade, back up, go home, park, and then come BACK to the barricade with a fucking hockey stick and start threatening people, and CUPE are the ones being childish? Holy shit if this strike has taught me one thing its that York really needs to re-evaluate it's admission criteria.
the camera guy is lucky not to be hit. Most people would have had the huge temptation to push the guy to the floor at the minimum for being so annoying.
