@hellsfire586 ur the idiot, it was an update that jagex did to try to improve banking, so they did that but people found out ways to abuse it and so they took it out not to long after they did it kid, dont be going around calling everything a private server just cuz thats the only thing u can play

the charge spell increases your attacks with the set staff "sara guth zamy" but only if you use the god cape now i can use charge with all 3 staffs and spells
