album was decent for people who were more stoked than they should have been.albums simply AMAZING for the simple fact that its emmure. they could've done better..but this is BROcore. put your headphones in and do a spinkick and pump this shit while you work the fuck out so hard your dick sucks into your stomach and feel like a CHAMP. they totally poke fun at the strain with the last track as its amazingly similar to tactical nuke. i hated it..then liked it..now its amazing.
