Wow just came across this video! RIP to anthony ray!! I just heard you died of aids in 2003! Whoa I guess that was to be expected! Drugs maybe? Or something else? I watch the runs on the Ovation channel now and can't get enough of it! Fuvk this new glee shit! Ain't nothing like the original! I have not even watched a glee show even! Maybe the cast can do another fame movie? You Rock Valerie and nia and hey Janet was in the show too! It looks like it was mostly a nia show though!

GENE had a stroke in 2003 from to much drugs and alcohol abuse in his early days.

Yea i heard that some of the cast and dancers were involved in wild partying, drugs and alcahol! Gene and Valerie i heard were heavily in the mix.

Thats great!! Tell her how fabulous she was. The programme was fantastic and this brings back so many memories. I don't know if the cast realised then how much impact it had on some people's lives.

She and Danny was my favorit in Fame and of course I had a crush on danny=) . I watch Fame reruns when i was a teenager. Tell her that she and the cast of Fame made my teenyears and all the worries that come with being a teenager go away (a litte bit anyways) Hugs from a 30 year old in Sweden=)

@mark1814 dont understand this show impacted many lives, influenced many to get into the arts why cant they release the final seasons on dvd. they release so much garbage shows why not one that made a difference
