The most exhausting workout in boot camp second to the humps was when we used our towels to mop the floor. It was one long stretch that we had to run down the length of the squad bay. I thought I was going to die after that stuff.
I live in England in United Kingdom our houses are fitted with carpet and we cant remove it, If we do remove it its just a wooden floor under neath it, so how can I do this exercise is their any other way?

this isent total bs, it's the same as doing it in the gym, but without the fysio ball. when u do it in the gym you usually rest your hands or elbows on the fysio ball and go backwards and then lean forward just like hes doing with the towels, its real great excercise was pretty clever to use with towels so u can do it at home, and do with a backpack.. gonna try this when im too lazy to go to the gym.

@AwsomeKevo idk if you been on his site or anything but you wont lose fat with this exercise alone its purely meant for toning like crunches and other ab workouts. if you want to lose weight you have to do intervals and diet. Also this does not give instant results but I find it better then doing crunches.

If you are a male you probably did not hit puberty yet or it could also be genetics. Its still possible to gain msucle even if genetics are against you.

@Abdulmalik773 u need protein to build muscle but theres no need for whey shakes or the like. u shall eat a lot of meat (best is lean chicken), fish(perhaps tuna), eggs(example: 5 eggs with only 2 egg yolks, because of fat), nuts(not to many, mabye a handful), soya products (like tofu), milk products, beans, maybe quark if u know what it is..and yeah about 1,5 - 2 gramm per kilogramm of your bodyweight

@Abdulmalik773 u need protein to build muscle but theres no need for whey shakes or the like. u shall eat a lot of meat (best is lean chicken), fish(perhaps tuna), eggs(example: 5 eggs with only 2 egg yolks, because of fat), nuts(not to many, mabye a handful), soya products (like tofu), milk products, beans, maybe quark if u know what it is..and yeah about 1,5 - 2 gramm per kilogramm of your bodyweight

@Abdulmalik773 well man its my opinion that u dont have to have it considering my freinds brother matt has a full fledged sixpack and has never eatten much of anything doesnt even know anything about loosing weight or eating protien.. soo in my consideration no u dont but thing is he is EXTREAMLY skinny like he weights prolly 115 max because he hardly eats everyone has a sixpack its just covered with fat it may not stand out.. but its there.

iav got the top abs but iam trying to get the next row everyone ses there the hardest abs to get iav been doing a workout for a week and they have got harder but do you now how to make them its the main thing i need to do
