(Angel Beats! has a lot of guns and stuff, but there aren't many scenes involving blood, anyhow. But Romeo X Juliet is sooo amazingly romantic...SQUEE!!) You could also try The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya...hmm...*likes animes with lotsa blood, sorry* But Moonphase has catgirl vampires. xD Just started watching that one, not sure about blood~
