What about someone with broken capillaries on their face, will this cause more? Is there really a noticeable difference with the lines under eyes after use as well? Would you recommmend getting the "at home" version?
Hi, needling strengthens broken capillary walls and can help reduce their appearance, it also thickens the epidermis (outer layer of the skin) it's excellent for fine lines around the eyes - you wi llneed between 4 and 12 treatments. The at home version is useful for getting good qaulity and suitable skin products into the skin which will optimise the treatment results, but they are only 0.25mm in needle length & will not acheive the results that the deep treatments in clinic will.
@la557 Hi There, Yes it can definitely help acne scarring, some deeper scars may require subcission to release anchored & tightened collagen fibres within the scars, this is done with a fine longer hypodermic needle and is best done by a Nurse or Doctor. More info is available on my website, where you can download a fact sheet.
Hi there, thanks for looking at my video, the pictures used are from the manufacturers of the rollers - these are of good quality and suitable for view on the web. I have a selection of my own clients pictures in clinic which can be viewed by anyone at consultation - the results truly are excellent. I hope this answers your query/comment.
had four (4) treatments with dermarollers, 6 weeks apart\. All these treatments were performed by a doctor, in his office, with 2 and 2.5 mm dermarollers. It was horribly painful and I spent a lot of money. I cant see even the slightest improvement. Is it my doctor who is a quack or all this hype about the dermaroller is not justified? I was hoping for the best and read a lot on dermarollers. It made sense that small punctures, stimulate collagen, but I have not seen an improvement AT ALL
