i think that religion is a sad 'excuse' for all that suff you mentioned, e.g. the government should ...not ban but restrict religion under spicific guidelines but 'they' say "its our religion,you cant do that"...

I see you are from Germany, where Scientology has no tax exemption statues, and the German government has been quite critical of Scientology. And modern day German is quite progressive, from my point of view... Agree?? (At least the government)
So Scientology is not being attacked by the "big bad government" , \Scientology is a dangerous organization, and a greedy leech.
Scientology is aiming - who will wonder - power and money. So far nothing special.
The method however, by which means they gain and exercise power over their members is refined and perfidious.
It's a long time ago when I "lost" an instable friend of mine for them.
On this occasion I studied their material and had a short spying visit in one of their centers. I could judge what their questionaries aimed for. In the end you could give away your personality at the wardrobe, as we say.

Scientology is extremously dangerous indeed, they try to infiltrate branches of society and economy. They are unscrupulous in antagonizing their censors. They combat also their censor's families and surrounding.

Maybe I'm progressive, but where can you find a government which really is?
Ok, at least we play a world pioneer role in environmental policy, but widespread poverty and shiftlessness of the privileged are an obstacle.
Moderate foreign politics: No participation in criminal aggressive war of hypocritical USA
And the same, even bolder, biased prevaricating drug politics as 40 years ago.

Their strategy is to gain control of your soul, means also unconscious(as far as they are experts), a manipulation technique of great efficiency.
Their assistance tool is the measure of your peripheral(electrical skin)resistence.
By this mean they can "look into your soul" while talking with you. In the end you become sort of depersonalized.
A bold hierarchy in the oganisation structure.
All alleged contents are folderol, they only aim for power and finances. They begin with their members.
