'been on non-apple unixes for ten years, and have never seen a PC crash. Even my old win95 never BSODed on me. Although I only used it to play Duke Nukem, probably the only good game that made it to the mac, ever.

When he says I have been working on Linux it sounds like he said I've been working on Unichs for 7 years, and anyone who buys a mac is either A. a liberal jumping on the bandwagon B. a person who can't think for themselves or C. A computer illiterate, which you would have to be a retard to be a computer illiterate now a days. or D. Rich enough to buy anything that appears on TV that you could get a PC for less then half price =).

The only time my PC has ever crashed, has been when it was my fault when I coded something in a very stupid way, or when I was overclocking. When other people's computers crash, it is almost always entirely their fault (ie: "oh! So i shouldn't download the 'free anti-spyware-guard-center' given to me by that pop-up?")

You realize you could buy a 1.66 GHz Dell WITHOUT a webcam and things like a movie editor, music editor, etc. pre-installed for the same price you could get a 1.8 GHz MacBook.

PCs are also cheap because they're being marketed by JILLIONS of companies. They have to lower the price to compete.

I've been running windows ever since I was 8 years old. I have never had a Mac computer inside my household, I even remember playing on my old DOS computer and typing in cmd prompts to run games. And in 8 years of having windows, being on a computer every day, I have had 2 bluescreens.

I game, so I'm turned off by Macs. Everything I have ever needed to do has gotten done on a PC, when I was forced to use a Mac at school, the only difference I noticed was OS9 crashed at 70° fahrenheit.

Yes it does! And it does it alot. The difference between a pc based on Windows crashing and a Mac is that on the pc the crash is in 99% of the cases caused by badly coded third party software, when the Mac just has a faulty operating system. Why else would Apple themselves run their india website on Linux RedHat?
