@csknives I'm really lovin my 18in machete but not to sound mean but are these blades (my cold steel machete) really as durable as you say because I'm a little scared to use it in full contact and they don't cost to much. Also what's better the kukri machete or the jungle machete?

@xXForTheRecordXx we make them tough! LOL As for which is "better" thats a tough call. I like both. They both have enough "belly" to really deliver some impressive cuts. I was really impressed with the new Jungle Machete but the Kukri is a classic with good reason. I'm sure you'll be happy with either (or both) :)

Alot of people comment about Lynn (The 'Fat guy') and some of them are rude, but some of them do have a good point. yes he may be slightly overweight, but aren't we all? But it is true that when a company is trying to promote something, having an Overweight man show the product isn't always Appetizing. BUT, None-the-less, i support Cold steel, and their Awesome Company President. :)

@adamotero0 I actually find the president's way of marketing it pretty effective. He has the "talk" and the skills of course, but I'm thinking most people will see a fat man who's able to cut in the demos very well, and think "if this guy can cut like that, the sword must be of high quality". It is unfortunate that most people think that fat = obese = lazy and in need of healthcare. Link this mindset with his sword demo and they'll more likely credit the sword.

Lynn is a better knife fighter than a swordsman IMO. He always recovers better from a knife swing, pluuuus, he never steps into his sword swings like he's supposed to. Props though.

He might not be "body beautiful" but he trains daily in a variety of Martial Arts and I assure you he can fight. @BigJackJohn Chinese quality is really another discussion. Do you own Cold Steel products? I own an older Gunsite folder, and also a Recon Tanto. The steel is okay. Not great, but okay. But both knives overall feel cheap. Especially the Gunsite. I'll concede that Cold Steel products aren't lousy because they make their gear in China. It's just they build with cheap materials.

this is called bart cham do the knifes are used in wing tsun, but his moves have nothing to do with bart cham do if he would have an opponennt with a long stick he would loose his to knifes in 1 second , if you use wing tsun instruments learn the techn. sorry but bart cham do is a sophisticated form of the wing tsun style of combat, you can use the knifes for what ever you want bit the origing is bart cham do , start wt and in 7 years you´ll learn this the right way
