well...im playing the game but....i believe that in one of your tutorials you mentioned manual resource gathering and automatic resource gathering? i realize that in the dom mode that it's auto but in ii mode is there a way to manually gather them other than the npc workers? and also, can workers fight?

Someone asked that when the video was new, it's under part 2. Assuming it hasn't changed what you do is hit use on the plant, this will make the resource drop. Pick it up with your physics jaw and take it to the queen. She should take it automatically when you shove it into her space.

If I had to guess I would blame the high learning curve and the lack, the feeling that the devs weren't continuing to work on the mod, and dwindling players as a result of the first two reasons.

It's a great game but unfortunately it just never really caught on. Admittedly the mod had problems of it's own, such bugs and no real progress being made after initial release.

best mod in the world. although I didn't like the upgrade thing when you spawn, that got annoying sometimes. More people need to play this and not that stupid over hyped zombie panic source.

The mod doesn't change any settings in HL2. If you're having a problem with HL2 you need to speak to Valve tech support.

Addendum: The number next to the picture of the weapon currently selected is not the amount of stamina consumed when using the weapon, it is the number the weapon is assigned. (IE: What you press on your keyboard to select it assuming you haven't changed those keys in options.)
