the ghost notes are not in the first half, they're in the second half, and yes, they're not ghost notes anymore, unless you've got a lot of wrist technique, which is quite hard, but it's okay, it's pretty nice, keep it up

I'm not entirely sure about the drumming, looks fine to me, but I'm not a drummer. However, lots of people record the honors the video receives, to remember all the video's achievements. Since the honors disappear, it's nice to recall what ones your video had. He's not showing it off to everyone, just putting it there for those who care. As for the cuts, maybe it makes him look a bit more professional? It's what we strive for as amateur video makers.
