One of the crappiest product I have ever seen. It hangs when I tried to insert a SD card. which is why the demo here does not even use a proper SD card. The touch DOES NOT works, without reading the SD card, i cannot even try to run any other files on it.

Apple people calm down, this isnt a new media player....its a developers tool that supports Plazma and Android plaforms for developing Apps and Games. It's MRAP processor kills the Ipod touch/iphone's processor and even slaughters the Zune HD's Tegra chip. it even has 10-point multitouch, 1080p HDMI port and more

1 last thing. Having owned a Zen 32g for about a yr now, I like Cr8tv. No restrictions on moving files to & from the player=huge plus, despite no scroll wheel. I'm suspicious of talk about better sound quality tho. The X-Fi has X-Fi "Xtreme Fidelity Audio technology". The Zen (& the Zii?) doesn't. Why would Cr8tv need to boast hoity-toity sound tech on the X-Fi if the Zen sound quality was already better than Ipod? If the Zii has doesnt have it, does it still sound better than IPod?

The Zii does have XFI integreted in it.

I am wondering if i am not a developer and just wanted to by the Zii just for a media player, will i be able to use it out of the box? Or do i need to ne a developer to be able to use this thing,..

If you buy the developer edition you're paying double to buy the dev tools also and the os/interface is not fully optimised atm. Better off to wait till a consumer edition is released.

I don't understand why people seem to get upset when something like this drops. This is good news no matter how you slice it. If you think IPod is better, then you should be glad that it's still on top & that there's something else out there to keep Apple on its toes. According to other sites/reviews, Creative players have better sound quality. If true, that would be a deal-breaker for me. I never made the comparison but now I wanna find out.

I'm excited about this. I may not end up buying it but Zii is progress. I want more phones & PMPs to have touchscreens & internet. Maybe it IS crammed w/ too many features tho: camera, speaker, SD slot. The slot kinda sucks on the Zen cuz the player doesnt include the card's content w/ the player's memory. You browse it separately and when you do, whatever you're listening to stops. Maybe this will be different.

not sure, on there website is says HD camera. but the thing i like about this it can support High-definition output of up to 1080p to HDTV and its 64GB!!

how good a camera is isnt determined by its megapixel. camera companies just make this number big so people will want to buy it.

sorry to burst your bubble but if you want to take pictures then get a camera. 3.2 MP sucks no matter where you put it on(I'll agree its better than nothing). as for killing the ipod touch, there are much better mp3 all ready out. Ipod touch sells on brand name not audio quality, so nothing will ever top it in sells but in quality its already been outdone.

i have a samsung p3, samsung p2 and an ipod touch 2g. supposidly samsung p3 is supposed to have one of the best audio playback you can buy. i have compared it to my ipod not only over headphones but also an audio plug in in my car and can't tell the difference. plus y would i want to carry around a camera thats a few mega pixels better when i dont even care about quality

Then why would you want a camera in the first place? you make no sense . why would you want to take bad quality pictures(that would look blurry as hell? I'll take a camera over any crappy cell phone/pmp camera that most likely wont have flash. I don't get it.

It's 1.3 MP, and takes 720p quality pictures/videos. Yes, it's HD.

yeah maybe but 1.3 megapixels for a photo camera is really joke. This would be good for video recording but as a photo 1.3 mp would be less than iPhone 3g so i think it may be 1.3 mp for video and this was good then.

But as a photo camera it think it will be 5 or 8 mps

What do you think will it be avaiable as a phoneversion also???

The HD camera at the rear cannot be a 1.3 megapixel one only. Creative sais that it is HD and can record HD videos and fotos so it is 5 or 8 megapixel one. Please correct that!!!

Technically, HD starts at around 1 MP, so 1.3 MP doesn't seem to be far off.
