nope. hes says "i was getting blowed with this girl down @ the bluffs." The bluffs is this beautiful cliff at the edge of Loyola Marymount University, legendary for smokin a blunt ("gettin blowed"), relaxing, and watching the sunset into the Marina. So yeah. That explains that line. lol.
