  • The voiceover is longtime CNN anchor Don Harrison, who also anchored in Kansas City, Baltimore and Tampa.

  • @ASKconard That explains why WFLA used him.

  • I used to work on WCSC from 1986-87. Bill Sharpe was the coolest dude ever!

  • This feels like it came from several years AFTER 1989...that's how good it is.

  • @raymieX I think the date is wrong, this actually is after 1989... more like 91/92

  • Wow ... I'd heard WCSC has always been a top-notch station, but this looks almost like a major-market open. Or at the very least something that would have been seen in Charlotte or Raleigh.

  • My mom said she used to see Warren Peper at the North Charleston High School football games, and said she wondered why because they always lost lol.

  • classic commercials...miss warren peper a lot on that channel..thanks for the memories

  • Ah, the good ol' days! "It's Showtime At the Apollo" usually came on right after this. R.I.P Charlie Hall. Warren Peper still got a big ass Mac Tonight moon head & Bill Sharpe is the friggin Strom Thurmond of Live 5 News. Carolyn Murray, Bill Walsh, Debbie Chard, Rob Fowler, (not all Live 5 News crew), but their names are synonymous with lowcountry news celebrity. Good to see most are still kickin' after all these years.
