Rule #17 only applies to certain districts. If you're in Canada you should be fine. That means all you torontofags will be fine wearing masks. I don't know about anywhere in the states. (For example at the last toronto raid most of the attenders wore V masks and they all wore V masks in toronto. So you don't need to worry if you're picketing in Canada)
