  • "Thunderous" dunk. Pun fail.

  • Westbrook is the most immature player in the league. I love watching him play but he's a disgrace to the PG position. Fuck Westbrook! Move that clown to 2 position or trade his ass to a team where he can be that man becuz he obviously thinks he's better than KD... in whick he is becuz Durant is overrated too.

DERRICK ROSE - FUCK THE WORLD!! U mad?

  • Westbrook is a scoring guard like Drose.he can drop 30points every night if he wants,so he has the right to score and not pass the ball even with KD on the team becuz he can carry a team on his back too!

  • EURO STEP?! NAW. EURO DUNK.

  • Didnt he carry? on da second dunk? lol

  • Westbrook representing UCLA

  • i love this guy

  • Lol Durant was calling for an oop

  • Haters, he has his bad days and his good days sheez.

  • Westbrick sucks

  • Very, very beautiful

  • nooooooo!!! Both top comments are paragraphs. Common people i dont have all the time in the world to sit here and read all that!

  • hahaha he hit himself in the head with the ball.

  • team okc bitches

  • that was kind of awesome

  • hate to nit pick but man a real pg would have thrown that lob to kd on the second dunk

  • @idiyamin7 A typical point guard would have attempted to lob to kd. A excellent point guard would know when to pass and when to take it to the rim himself. Kevin Durant was clearly guarded by Haywood. There is a reason why Haywood did not contest Westbrook at the rim, and that was to avoid the oop to KD. Even with a broadcasting view you fail at court vision. Don't even talk about NBA.

  • @borRIING lol im usre you think you are Hubie Brown with your analysis but let me set you str8 kid. I was refering to the fact that KD was ahead of everyone on that break and a real pg would have gaven him the ball to finish. Russell westbrook never once looked up and was hell bent on scoring. He is the typical volume shoot 1st pg that crippled the league post jordan era.(see Sephon Marbury,Allen Iverson, Steve Francis..)if u think he has court vision then u dont know shit about the nba.

  • @borRIING now with that being said Im a huge westbrook fan despite the hard time people give him, those who actually know the game understand that they need him to score. this team only has 3 scorers kd, harden and him, They go as he goes if he doesnt score then they dont win. My only point was that he aint a real pg he is basially an undersize 2. its needed for this team so more power to him

  • @borRIING first of all westbrook scored and hes a combo guard he can do both score and pass.. do u even know how many assist he avg last season? he avg 8.2 APG.. and hes not a typical point guard just cause of that play right there? if so then ur dumb as hell

  • I used to play those one-twos like russ did in first part in my 2k11 very often

  • chill out with that true PG shit, look at the team he's workin with and call me back if u see why he scores and turnovers the ball, just look at the team

  • still waiting for d-rose to dunk this year..i wanna be impressed

  • THUNDER ARE FALLING

  • am i the only one that actually interpreted what the title actually meant? "Westbrook's Monster Slams in Dallas." sheesh. the nba is dirty these days.

  • @Celtic9Pride nah...at first i was like 0_o ....debbie does dallas lol

  • DONT FUCK WITH NUMBER 0

  • Mavs=Old

  • dirk says'' get y''ur saggy balls of my face'' westbtrook'' i no you love my trophies''

  • durant averages 30 pts a game but westbrook dosent pass him the ball? you people on here dont know jack!! if the thunder win they praise durant if the thunder lose they blame west brook ,,, durant was 7/26 i belive? if westbrook did that the sports world would go crazy

  • I Just love that sound dunk

  • "tht was kinda awesome huh?"

  • nice dunk :)

  • The second dunk was sick but he clearly saw Durant calling for the oop. Russell Westbrook trained with D. Rose over the summer and now he wants to be like him but Rose would happily switch places with Westbrook and pile up assist after assist in OKC with the NBA's SCORING CHAMPION KEVIN DURANT

  • @jcbsktballdude63 I feel like you should only state what someone wants when they state it or when you know them personally. I doubt you know Derrick Rose or Russell Westbrook.

  • two of the loudest dunks i've heard

  • Lol, thunderous dunk. That's punny.

  • too me they should switch russel to the 2 and move james harden to the one

  • NICE

    100% samPa

  • lol that dunk was so badass

  • LOOK Lebron, he didn't travel in the last dunk!!!!!!!!!!!

  • why are all the dunks "thunderous". It was a good pun the first time but now they're just saying it every single time a Thunder player dunks

  • Okay so allllll of a sudden everybody LOVES Westbrook now right? But just a few days ago everybody calling him a bad pg and complains about his turnovers and shit. Make up all yall damn mind geesh.

  • @Wh0sh0tya95 I don't know what you're talking about. I've been a fan for quite some time.

  • @AlecBoy006V2 he clearly wasnt talking to you...

  • @LonghornDynasty I'm not saying he was. But I just don't appreciate generalizations.

  • whys everyone hating on westbrook? yes hes a ballhog but he when he matures he will become complete point guard. thunder should hold on to him and he will only get better with time. i bet by the end of the season he'll be a true point

  • @jtop28 what do you mean should hold on to him of course there gonna keep him this guy is an all star and one of the only players other than durrant that can score consistently

  • @MegaJf16 yeah exactly. i saw some comments complaining how the thunder would be better off without him which isnt true at all

  • Westbrook should play Shooting Guard with Nate playing the starting PG

  • I used to dunk like this.... than i took an arrow to the knee

  • i love how people say say "Westbrook needs to b a true point" and " he has too much of an ego" and blah blah blah... Everyone seems to be forgetting that outside of Westbrook, only two people are consistently scoring in double figs and thats Harden and obviously Durant. If you lose Westbrook, ur losing a huge part of ur offense because everyone else are defensive players like Ibaka, Perkins, Sefalosha, Collison. so just chill out with Westbrook because the Thunder need him

  • @LonghornDynasty Couldn't have said it better!

  • @LonghornDynasty put cp3 on this team and take away westbrook, guaranteed improvement

  • @yangyang2000 Lol, nooooo, I'd take westbrook over CP3 any day. Westbrook is still younger and developing. Give him 2 years and everyone will love him. Just today he put up like 7 points in the 4th quarter when his whole team got ~20.

  • @LonghornDynasty the thunder could do without him. they have the players that can score. even the role players isnt that why they have cook, maynor, harden and those guys dont even start. he continues to take bad shots or shoots even when hes having a horrible night. i wouldnt mind trading him for a facilitator like rondo that would be a good trade

  • @LonghornDynasty westbrook an play however, but he takes alot of bad shots for no reason whren you have durant right there or anyone else

  • @LonghornDynasty westbrooks a pg? i thought he was a SHOOTINGguard

  • @LonghornDynasty Losing westbrook would mean you don't have to pay him. You can get a better pointguard with better offense. More possesions and less turnovers. It's not 4v5 after he's gone.

  • @tucense thats not the case when u the offense is westbrook and durant. if nobody else can consistently contribute on offense, it wont work

  • @tucense that makes no sense...

  • @LonghornDynasty they do need him, westbrook is defientely an important piece to winning a championship, but i feel that eversince he became an allstar he has gotten more cocky. Dont get me wrong he is still a top point guard in the league, but to get to that next level he needs to learn to give up the ball and not took 30shots a game

  • @TheGamer32121 I agree, Westbrook takes way to many shots. He is still a very damn good PG, however, there are many times when he should just pass the damn ball.

  • @LonghornDynasty If they lose Westbrook Durant would become a prototype of Kobe for OKC, which means that if Durant scores 40+ they win and if he doesn't they lose, as simple as that. And to all those who talk too much, I believe they are stupid at best... xD

  • KD is a kind person that's why Westbrook forgets that it's KD's team. He can't do that crap when he plays for Kobe or Wade or even Lebron. haha. Westbrook too much ego that he thinks he can lead a team.

  • @YukiOana actually the night westbrook went like 0-12 or some shit like that they had to break up a fight between him, KD, and harden on the bench. don't let his cool composure fool you. he's a beast and he wants to win...oh and its the PG's job to lead the team

  • whats with all the westbrook haters? he is how old? EXACTLY, give him some time to mature and form into the player we all know he can be

  • That's what you call authority.

  • Durant: "Throw it up!"

    Westbrook: "Fuck you!" *Dunks*

  • kevin durant wanted a alley oop on the 2nd dunk lol

  • anyone notice the title of the video?

  • Does Westbrook ever pass the ball ?

    -_-

  • @machedari Considering he averaged over 8 assists a game last season I think you can work that out for yourself, right!?

  • @machedari Do you ever actually watch basketball?

  • people just LOVE to bash on westbrook... how is he selfish when durant has twice gotten the league's HIGHEST SCORING AVG? and he was a 43% FG shooter, which was almost identical to d.rose (MVP), who he ALSO had more APG than, so get your facts straight. furthermore, durant was NOT as open as ppl are saying... there's no way a pass attempt was less risky than a DUNK attempt. russ is a SCORING point gaurd, which makes him a bad fit for OKC, I agree. but seriously, stop being an uninformed hater.

  • he could pass it to Durant to little selfish !.

  • damn westbrook, durant was wide open waiting for the alley...his basketball iq is terrible..

  • @HP24Laker At first I thought that too.... but then you will see Haywood come into the picture and an alley may not have been such a good idea.

  • @AIversonI haywood committed to westbrook, he was to far to stop durant..

  • @HP24Laker nearing the end you will notice he moves over to durant.

  • @HP24Laker Throwing up an alley is what the defense was expecting. Haywood would have caught that. That fake he did was the right play.

  • WOW, this year Westbrook is the player who definitely will lead the Thunder to western confernce finals!

  • @TheLinkimos Gotta disagree. He's a horrible decision maker. Just look at 0:18 in the video. He had Durant wide open, but decided to dunk, which was a very risky move.

  • lmao he HATES that rim

  • Look at that defense by Nowitzki. MVP! MVP! MVP!

  • @kewltony LOL Dirk for DPOY!! hahaha

  • Another dunk that sounds like a gunshot. Got to love that.

  • lol a "thunderous dunk." you think the pun was intended?

  • Need 20 shots to have 20 pts, lead the league in TO with 4.8 per game, avg less than 5 apg for a PG. I wonder when Durant demands a trade for this ball hog

  • Westbrook is going to be incredible when he develops a consistent jumper.

  • I Would love to hate the rim that bad

  • that kind of pisses me off a bit, i like westbrook and stick up for him when everyones giving him a hard time but KDs calling for that alley oop just pass it off and get the assist man

  • the dunks was crazy but his jump shot has been crazy off lately.

  • Westrook is super talented but he needs to know one thing: This is Kevin Durants's TEAM! GIVE THE BALL TO HIM!

  • why pass the ball.. because you are a pg , pgs don't pass the ball to other players :D

  • So that was kinda awesome.

  • pass the ball westbrook.....

  • Of course westbrook doesn't know how to play the point.... he's only been playing it for a few years. He's steadily improving and wanting to trade him just seems shady. Not surprised though since OKC is crap compared to seattle.

  • Btw FYI Westbrook is currently leading the league in turnovers. Check NBA.com if u don't believe me.

  • I like what commentator said " He hates that Rim " hahah

  • pause @0:34 his face is hilarious!

  • he's mad at the rim! ROARRR

  • Hall Of Fame...?

  • LEBRON TRAVELED.

  • that poor rim.......

  • I watched westbrook play many times, including the game tonight. he is extremely talented but doesn't know how to play the point guard position. He is in essence an under sized shooting guard that makes up his lack of size with athleticism. Eric Maynor and even Harden runs a better point than Westbrook. As a Thunder fan, Westbrook really need to either improve (37.5% FG and 4 To's a game), or get traded. I don't see us winning anything with his current way of playing Poing Guard.

  • @yuch1102 And for a point/shooting guard westbrook needs to improve his jump shooting (specifically 3 pt) especially in this era where almost every guard has a good jump shot. That will also get hi percentage up because he doens't need to try and find a little opening in the paint when he has a pretty good oppurtunity for a 3 pointer. (just thought i should add that)

  • @yuch1102 The worst part is KD is the one not getting the titles he deserves.

  • @yuch1102 Nash has to come to OKC :)

  • @Mycrosss lmao.. to OKC? dude that guy could retire any minute lol

  • @rapmili23 Not before he gets a ring, and if you actually follow NBA,you'd know he's as good as ever, just like he showed us yesterday :)

  • @yuch1102 i can only say that you know so little about westbrook. he stared to play pg since he was drafted to okc and he is gaining more and more experience. and if he doesn't know how to play pg, he would not have 8.3 apg last year. he is improving and we should not judge him in just few games. maynor is a quite good pg but he doesn't have the ability to create space for teamates, so as harden . kd is mostly score by doing off ball movement and score. westbrook can exactly create space for kd.

  • @kenny01123 playing the point is more than just racking up assists, it involves leadership, tempo control, play calling, reading game situations, efficent fg%, westbrook knows how stuff his stats and score at will, but he has ALOT more work to do int he pg department, problem is durant wants a championship NOW

  • @reid1709 He doesn't have leadership, he's a run-run-run guy, hence why OKC's half court offense sucks, they don't have many plays to call, and he doesn't know how to effectively recognize game situations. And don't even get me started about FG%, he consistently needs 20+ shots just to get to 18-20 points. He's obviously very athletic but doesn't have much basketball IQ. He fights with teammates all the time too.

  • @xwpetx Ohh, i didn't know Westbrook fights with teamates. When does he fight with teamates? And if OKC recognizes Westbrook's lack of leadership and point guard skills, why dont they offer him for Chris Paul or Deron Williams?

  • @novalaser He argues with Durant all the time, and not only that Scott Brooks has told the media that he's not the most coachable player ever, either.

As for the trade situation, if trades in the NBA were as simple as that, we'd have superstars changing teams left and right. He's a fan-favorite (not to mention still-young) so the team could be choosing to let him develop some more before deciding whether to cut ties with him or keep him for long term as their franchise PG to build around w/ KD.

  • @xwpetx "He argues with Durant all the time" LIES. They've stated more than once their real good friends. One or two overblown arguments doesnt = "all the time".

  • @richkid2311 Teammate have arguments about things all the time during practices. Dirk and Steve Nash used to be the best of friends but they'd argue like the biggest enemies about basketball.

If an argument is big enough for the press to notice and make a deal out of, it's a big deal, especially since it's happened more than once.

I'm not saying Westbrook is a bad player, he's just better off playing the 2 Guard spot rather than having Maynor or Harden sit on the bench.

  • @xwpetx The only reason the press noticed is because it happened on the bench; secondly, we need Harden to keep coming off the bench as he is the leader of our bench and we need his scoring punch.

  • @richkid2311 I'm also aware that he averages a decent amount of assists per game, but high apg doesn't necessarily say you're a great passer. Look at his turnover numbers. Led the league last year, and he's way up there so far this year also. Point guards are usually up there because they handle the ball a lot, but CP3, Deron Williams, Steve Nash, etc etc handle the ball way more than he does but aren't prone to turnovers as he is.

  • @xwpetx That's fair enough and he does get a bit careless at times, but you have to remember that he ISN'T a natural PG and is only playing the role of PG; so you can't really compare him to guys like CP3 and DWill on ball handling as guys like that will naturally be better.

  • @AIversonI Those are good points, Josh Howard was kind of in the same position for Dallas a few years ago. He was a decent scorer but had the tendency to start ball hogging a little and take the offense away from centering around Dirk (which was what it was about after Nash left). So we had to let him go for the betterment of the team and Dirk.

I think you (Oklahoma City) should do the same. Westbrook wants to be a primary scorer but he can't do that on the same team as KD.

  • @yuch1102 You are spot on. Don't let these low bball IQ fools tell you otherwise.

  • @yuch1102 r u really judging this mans whole game with 6 games go look at his stats next year then tell me what your opinion is

  • @yuch1102 or let him play SG

  • @yuch1102 well they can get another point gaurd and make him a shooting gaurd?

  • @yuch1102 I mean he's pretty good and all, but it isn't his percentages that need help either, he needs to learn how to ball-hog less and pass more often. True, he does do a pretty good amount of passing now, but he's a point guard. =/

  • @yuch1102 your right I think thunder need to trade him to new jersey for Deron Williams, he would help out a lot more than westbrook

  • @yuch1102 OKC managment need to read your comment!

  • those two ducks were so NASTY.! btw i hope he didnt breck the rim's feelings.?

  • @MVPDurant35 i dont see no duck *quack*

  • @BeAnBeAn22 lmao

  • @MVPDurant35 i meant to say dunk.

  • @MVPDurant35 you're a fucking idiot. go to school nigger

  • give him a shot in sprite slam dunk.

  • 0:19 Talk about a Badass alley-oop possibility but, nice dunk.

  • olivia wilde is so hot.

  • @moistjuicyd those eyes.....

  • @moistjuicyd why olivia at all sudden

  • he just does it himself.

he never pass ... wat a bitch

  • that first one sounded like a gunshot lol

  • Somebody wants a dunk package in 2k...

  • i dunk like that then i took an arrow to the knee

  • @Helleto98 BITCH HOW ABOUT I SHOOT YOUR OTHER FUCKING KNEE YOU UNFUNNY DICK

  • the first dunk, the ball hits his head

  • all that and okc got blown out

  • i used to jump high like westbrook but i took a arrow to my knee.

  • he HATES that rim

  • pause 0:33

  • r westbrook is good at basketball

  • that second dunk was sick no lie

  • Kind of a ball hog.

  • John Wall got a T for doing what Westbrook did on that first dunk. #occupyNBA

  • he hates that rim!! lmao

  • Lol Durant calling for alley oop and Westbrook slams it...I'm not surprised.

  • no point in having that lockout.... why not just tech everybody and get money that way fuckin refs..

  • Durant calls for the oop @ 0:17 ... Ibaka calls for the pass @ 0:18.... Westbrook goes for it anyways... As usual

  • westbrook slam dunk champion :D

  • That was just a slightly above average dunk...

  • champion!!

  • FLIGHT

  • I can dunk like that...When I am sleep.

  • @imasonfree i can dunk like that on my nerf hoop lol :)

  • too bad he lost. what matters in the end, two awesome dunks or the final score? theres no I in team russel.

  • Westbrook needs to stop being such a damn ball hog but DAMN, dem's was some sweet slams!

  • @MichaelCastian Ball hog? He gave Durant an alley-oop in the previous video.....

  • @xsafa Yeah but overall he could be doing a much better job playing the PG position. As good as Westbrook is, Durant is the star and centerpiece to that team and Westbrook needs to make him better rather than try to outshine KD.

  • durant was waiting for alley oop~ lol!
