This isn't a particularly good cover. You get a lot of likes because most guys are using their penis instead of their ears to rate, no offense. There's nothing wrong with this cover at all, just pretty average. I'll probably get a shit load of negative responses for this comment, but most of the comments are about your appearance not the music anyway.

@LiamCrowley1990 Your approximation of average is way off. Her looks certainly don't hurt, but that voice is way above average. I appreciate that it is quite basic in that it is just strummed chords and voice, but I think that's the appeal for a lot of people and the execution is pretty much flawless. You're gonna discourage a lot of people from having the nerve to play by calling this average.

I hold this song in such high regard I'm always super critical of anyone who covers it and am going to pick out anything and everything wrong. I have about 5700 songs on my media player and this is the most played of all, I love it. I hope I do discourage others from covering it in a mediocre way, have you seen how many completely average covers of this are on Youtube already? Too many.

Sometimes they're awesome, that's a bonus, but overall it's just someone enjoying music in a different way.
