hi, im not sure what you mean, this tutorial only inserts the data into an email, i need to post up the other part for this tutorial which is the PHP script for the form.

Hope you can help me with a cuestion about forms. I'm trying to insert images into a database via a form but dont know how. I know anogh about forms, processing forms, and databses but can't find info aboute how to send images. I use php and MYSQL.

im sorry i have done some research on it and i can't find anything about it, all i can think of that might work is entering some simple html in the form that has the location of the image your trying to insert to the MYSQL Database.
