Did ya know that the eyeliner isn't supposed to go on ur waterline? Its supposed to be on ur lower lash line; because otherwise it clogs up your tear ducts and can cause eye irritation. ^_^ (NOT being mean!) Just being educational ...i like facts:)

1, just use a gel eyeliner instead or 2, when you put the eyeliner on your waterline, squint(squish,? idk XD) your eyes together so itll transfer a little bit to the top ,put it on the top waterline to make your eyelashes look fuller and then put it again on the bottom and if youd like, you can also dab some black eyeshadow on your lower waterline.
