They used to make cars out of real hunks of metal. If you put a new car out there today, in time, it would be completely gone and these cars would still be standing there.
wow i would love some of those ol chevy trucks Dan ,just got my head back for the 1930 chevy i am working on ,the block turns out to have been in a car that was sold in Austraila and somehow made it back here, but that explains the newundorf carb set up on it? caint wait to get it running hey happy new year to the family Dan ,till next year, tom from iowa
@cave0bear The man let me video this ONLY.... if I would not tell where it is. It is about 5 streets off route 66 in a small town. I made a wrong turn and came upon this, otherwise I wouldnt have found it. Funny thing about route 66, the street these cars are on, would be like an original, original route 66, as it is more like the main street in this old town, but the touristy part of 66 is about 5 streets off this old main street, thats why these old cars are in this field where they are.
@mikestheman3 If you went to a place like this and backed up a tow truck and took an old car wouldn't that be illegal?

I don't know about you guys?
But me?
Im all about the TT Ford hard cabs.
I've always wanted to put one on a roadster pickup,
and havea hard cab with a Standard bed instead of
a Stake bed. Give it A Ra-Jo over head valve kit,
Buffalow wire spokes, rocky mountain brakes, and
A ruckstal 2 speed rear, and Drive it every day!
Since theres nothing ecept the cab that cant be bought
Brand spanking new to keep it on the road.
