  • haha! my corgi does the same thing in the snow she loves it! good video :)

  • Aw, so cute! My Pembroke loves the snow, too--he races around the yard in circles until there's hardly a square foot that's undisturbed.

  • Porter has a beautiful face.

  • i love the song

  • It is by the Harmonicats--this is the first video I edited together. I did it for my mother and this is one of her favorite songs.

  • i hope you and your corgis have a good Christmas and enjoy the snow

  • Oh we have a whole new batch now and they love it. Too bad it is freezing out or we would play more in it.

  • what a pretty fluffy! Heck, both of them~ What fun! XD

  • Your corgis are beautiful!! My corgi loves the snow too!

  • awe they are all so cute

  • 0:13 thats the cutest corgi face ever ^o^

  • i know i love corgis

  • where were yall when this was filmed

  • It was late winter of 2007 in SE Wisconsin.

  • cool

  • cool

  • were do you get the music?

  • This song is "Perfidia" by The Harmonicats. It is a group my mother loves to listen to and I did this video (my first) for her.

  • our corgs love the snow too... I dunno why, but they do. we had to make "doggy capes" for them, though, cuz they get too cold

  • thats cute, one still has a tail. just curious, why wasnt it docked?

  • He is a fluffy Cardigan Welsh Corgi. The Cardigans are not docked.

  • Oh, i couldn't tell if it was a cardigan or not. he is too fluffy and cute. He has such cute coloring, thats why i was unsure

  • As long as you didn't think he was a Sheltie mix....that is what I sometimes get from others. He is a purebred CWC...just fluffy and high drive.

  • aww! I want one! it's so cuute! Why are they cute for? HUH! HUH?!!

    siigh..

  • I have a corgi who makes me laugh everytime she does this. She rolls around in snow, grass, leaves..pretty much in anything. Does anyone know why they do this?

  • Well my boys love the cold, so I think sometimes they use it to cool off after running around and heating up. It just must feel good.

  • I have on Question, are Pembrokes Tails docked at birth? Or are they born without one?

  • Some are born naturally tailless, some are born with bob tails and others have tails. In the US, they still dock tails, but in some countries they do not.

  • :) The Cardigan looks like a fox. I've never seen one that color.

  • LOL my pembroke puppy does this too! he is so cute! :) the first time I took him out in the snow (the very first time he saw snow) he ran back into the house and sat on his butt and lifted his feet up becuase his butt was SO cold! LOL it was so funny

  • CUUUUTE

    my pem loves the snow

it's great because the snow often gets a lot higher than her so she makes little tunnels or I clear a path.

One time our back yard iced over and she went "ice skating" i would rescue her from slipping and sliding, then she'd go right back to it. apparently it was fun on four paws, just not falling on a bum when you're 5'11" =/

  • There is an area where we take the boys where an ice patch usually forms. Porter, my Pem, has a lot of fun trying to run over it. Most times he looks like he is running in place as he cannot get a grip on ice. He always looks really happy doing this 'trick.'

  • My Corgi LOVES the snow too! She likes to a get a good running start and make a nose dive into the snow!!!! So cute!!! Gotta love Corgi's!!!!

  • wow, they really love the snow, thats so awesome! yay for corgi fun always!!!!!

  • i love the song

  • what kind of corgi is the one with a very small tail?

  • The one that is basically tailless is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. The one with the tail is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, who is also a fluffy.

  • Deeper Snow = even funnier/cuter

    (I have corgi too)

  • Very Cute!

  • very very cute

  • How long did it take them to say I've had enough? They must have gotten cold. Great video! We have Corgi's too, will have to try the snow this year.

    kemosabe707

  • Ah, they don't get tired of it. They love it and I have to make them come in from outside. My guys run kind of hot. On hot summer days, they hog the CA vents. I hate to say it, but they are looking forward to the snow to come again.

  • My Corgi loves cold weather.. Are they a cold weather dog or something?

  • The short haired daschund we have was probably only a little smaller than your corgies, but HATES snow with a passion. We actually had to shovel the lawn or she would refuse to go to the bathroom outside. Nice to see stubby legged dogs having fun in it though.

  • My 3 Corgis are about to experience snow for the first time - moving from FL to TN - I hope they enjoy it this much! Thanks for the video.

  • Aww, they're so adorable! When they were pouncing, it went with the song XD

  • Beautiful pembroke and cardigan welsh corgis you have there. And the music goes so well with the overall video. What's it called?

  • It is the Harmonicats and I think it is called "Perfida."

  • Thanks!

  • Nice video , our corgi use to do the same thing when she was in the snow, they love the snow, wish she could have lived forever.

    Thanks

  • SOOOOOO CUTE

  • lol, great video! thats so cute.

  • Beautiful corgis!

  • Your corgis love the snow about as much as mine did! We got 14 inches once and it was the first time my dog saw snow. It was over her back but she ran and hopped having a good old time!

  • Aww, they look so happy. Adorible

  • Your Fluffy is GORGEOUS! I love Fluffies and prefer them to the "normal" coated version. I wish they would breed them Fluffy, but unfortunately with DNA testing, they will probably end up breeding them out of the line completely. A shame.

  • y the cardigan on a leash

Oh well Im gonna make a vid of my dogs

  • He is new to the family and doesn't know to come when called yet so I do not trust him like I do my Pem boy.

  • don't want the tard running off

    that or it is younger

  • Well it would be both and I still don't trust him yet. He is more independant than his Pem brother and is apt to run off after things even when called back. I prefer to refer to him as a "dork" and not a "tard." :)

  • oh, ok, dork is cuter

  • They make interesting snow angles
