Definitely Thriller!

Michael was a way better dancer and personally I think that Thriller had the better choreagraphy(mainly because Thriller was made to be able to teach kids the Movements)and was way smoother.

But you should probably compare two that were actually made strictly off of choreography like:

Smooth Criminal and Rhythm Nation

Bad and Rhythm Nation

Beat It and Rhythm Nation

Then you will get down to it.
