-Boxer has some of the best micro from broodwar and SC2 and is one of the best players out there

-boxer has over 500 apm in battles because he still macros at the same time

-all races are essentially even. blizzard did a good job balancing (except for infestors in my opinion ^^) and in all races you have to build probes/drones/SCVs and you have to build units

And get your facts straight, top players don't certainly have 75% spam. For example Boxer has been estimated to have 190 EAPM, which systematically ignores most spamming moves. Still faster than you I reckon. :) Boxer usually has an APM in the high 200s with 'spam', which does serve a purpose.
